Derek Samuelson graduated from college in 2007 with a BA from UVa. He continued to study undergrad geology, philosophy, art, and biology. In 2010 he was enrolling at UNO and working there. When he got stoned at home he recorded with John's sitar-guitar on the Zoom with the drum pads and the swing beat from jazz and african drumming classes. This is Yesterday Overflows, the second track on this album after this morning's brew, Macho.
